Eric has over 30 years of public accounting experience, including business and personal taxes and auditing and accounting. As President of Jones Mertsching CPAs, Eric manages the firms’ tax practice which includes real estate development partnerships, motor carriers, estates and trusts, and not-for-profit organizations. After many years of working with financial institutions, Eric has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable source for difficult questions and challenges facing the audit and accounting industry today. Eric previously served on the Board of Directors of Elevations Credit Union and Elevations Foundation.

Flower has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field as both a manager and partner in several public firms and a Controller in a private industry corporation. Her expertise includes auditing and preparing financial statements for non-profits and several small businesses. As Vice President, Flower is responsible for all audits, compilations and reviews for the firm. She provides tax preparation for all non-profit and small business clients and also enjoys helping her clients establish their accounting policies and procedures, setting up Quickbooks, accounting records clean up, and preparing financial reports for banking relationships.
